Submitting Requests

Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to:

Response Timing
We will respond to verifiable requests within:
- 45 days of receipt
- We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary (we will inform you)
No Fee
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine a fee is warranted, we will explain why before completing your request.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

- Comply with legal obligations (typically 5-7 years for insurance-related records)
